Egg Tempera on illustration board. Frank Sinatra

This was certainly a difficult medium to work it, this stuff dries up soooo fast. But it turned out pretty good with the style that I have been developing this semester.

Continuing to develop on the style. Really like this one.

Fun style I've started to develop, using blocks of color to define each area

Illustration: watercolor and pencil crayon

First ever watercolor attempt, me thinks it turned out pretty good. Below is the process of how I go to this stage with ten minute intervals.

CD project for branding

This was one of my first projects in the IDEA program at Cap U. I really got into it and did a lot for this project. I did the entire CD track of Daft Punks Discovery in my own style.
I turned into quite a cohesive package because each main line connects to the next song.

Face out of typography

So this was one fun project. We had to design a face out of type. I love type and this just happened to be one of the projects that was implemented in the term. Hand rendered type using ink pen. Typeface used Caslon.Let you guess who it is...
Red paper dress project

So this was a bit different from what I usually do but it was a lot of fun and real time consuming. We were given round 5 large sheets of red paper (budget). So being the nit picky guy I am decided to take on the task of making a seamless dress out of paper. In the end I was happy with the end result.

Grid design using gauche

I have to say that this project just took forever, not only did we have to do a study of the letter forms but render them using gauche! And to add I decided to reverse the color on the grid(which is also in gauche) to white wherever it would hit a letter (below)
